Highlights from the October CAP conference

In October Centive held its annual Customer Advisory Panel meeting.  The Customer Advisory Panel includes key customers and partners, all of whom are committed to successfully managing sales compensation with Compel®, the leading on-demand incentive management solution.  

CAP attendees met with Centive executives, pre-reviewed the Fall release (just rolled out on October 29), discussed role-based customer experience, IT strategy and data integration, professional services and customer support. Attendees also shared their sales operations goals and provided feedback for the next release and overall product vision. 

The CAP program, along with ongoing customer visits and market research studies, is vital to keeping Compel focused on customer and market needs.  One of the key reasons for Compel’s success is that each product release is driven by and prioritized based on customer and market input.  It’s no coincidence that over 90% of Compel customers serve as references for Centive.

Centive is committed to a minimum of two major product releases per year.  Centive maintains a detailed internal product roadmap with features targeted for each release.  The scope of each release is locked down incrementally as the prior release is introduced to the market so as to incorporate the most requested enhancements and new features.   Leveraging on-demand technology, upgrades are rolled out seamlessly during off-hours with no interruption to the customers’ daily workflow and at no additional cost.
