Centive provides training to ensure that our clients are self-sufficient in using Compel with little or no assistance from services and their IT department. Different modules are available for executives, sales representatives, and compensation analysts to allow for specific training on each individual role.
Executive and sales representative training sessions educate users on navigating through the system to assist them in their compensation related activities. Examples include obtaining real-time status on sales metrics, running reports, tracking commission transactions and payments, initiating and managing action items, etc. A Compel consultant or your compensation analyst can deliver this one-to-two hour training, on site or through an audio/video teleconference.
Training for compensation analysts covers all aspects of managing the system, from initial configuration to recurring activities. Examples include environment setup, compensation plan creation, report generation, payout approvals, dispute resolution, etc. Training is delivered on site by a Compel consultant over a period of one and a half to two days, using real instances of Compel databases to provide a hands-on experience with the system.
